We cannot provide any information about your refund. check with your tax preparer or tax software provider I got this error from the WMR tool. why?

just like it says. I filed and was accepted 2/23. as of my expected date, 3/16, it said it was "delayed beyond the normal timeframe, topic 152."

as of today, it said it has no information, and to ask my tax preparer. that's y'all.

TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS after you file your tax return.   You sent in a "self-prepared" return from the TT site.

The IRS has been severely backlogged for a long time.   Many people are getting this message.   TurboTax does not get any information after you file your tax return so no one at TT knows a specific reason why you are getting that message.   If the IRS wants any other information from you they will let you know by letter.   Meanwhile all you can do is wait patiently and watch the IRS site.   The IRS is your only source of information.

thanks for the reply. I figured I just had to wait this out. it's back to "delayed, Topic 152" again. I guess they'll send a letter in a month. or a year. or never.
