Can I get a copy of my 2017 tax return which I filed with TurboTax last year. I have chosen Premier. Is there an option to pay for this service now?

We can tell you how to pay in advance for your 2018 return to unlock all prior returns in the same account.   However, you appear to be in Deluxe, not Premier.     Deluxe is 59.99 for a Federal return.  Premier is 79.99 for a Federal return.  A state return in those editions is 44.99.

Have you located the 2017 return and is it in the SAME account as what you are using for 2018?  And when you try to download/print does it ask you to pay?    The minimum to unlock a prior return is Free Edition upgraded to PLUS at 19.99.   Deluxe and the Premier you mentioned are more expensive as I mentioned, but we can tell you how to pay for whichever edition you want/need.

Have you already filed your 2018 return, or is it still in preparation?

If all you need is the 2017 AGI, you should be able to get it for free by going to "Your Tax Returns & Documents", choosing 2017, then the link "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)"

How do I pay for Deluxe to get to my 2017 tax return.  When I try to get info. I'm seeing that I need to upgrade to Premier but the info. I'm seeing here is all I need is Plus and I have elected to get Deluxe.

If you are in Deluxe, you have already upgraded beyond the minimum.  I will tell you how to pay for your Deluxe below.  

You didn't answer my other questions.  So I will assume that the 2017 and 2018 returns are in the same account.  If they are not in the same account, then this won't work.
And I'll assume that you have not yet filed the 2018 return.

Here's how to pay in advance for your Deluxe Edition in your started 2018 return.  In order to unlock prior returns, they must be in the same account as the 2018 return.

• Log in and open your 2018 return ("Take me to my return.")
  
• Once the return is fully open, go to the left menu column and click on Tax Tools, then choose Print Center.
• Then choose "Print/save/preview this year's return."  (Yes, you say "this year's" since you are paying for the 2018 return to unlock the prior returns.) You won't actually have to print the 2018 return.
  
• On the next screen choose to "Pay now".
• The next screen should be an Order Summary.  Review that, and if all is OK, click Continue.
• It should then prompt you for payment by credit or debit card.  The screen only says "credit card", but it will take a debit card.
  

NOTE:  If it should offer you the option to "pay later" out of the Federal refund, that can't be used for this unlocking purpose.  You will need to pay now by credit/debit card.

NOTE:  Remember all PDF tax documents and data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc.  Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.
