I received an extra W-2 from an employer, that had nothing on it except something in Box 14. Do I need to file this W2 with my return?

The Box 14 information said  WAL&I  28.31     Fed W-2 data is on separate W-2

WAL&I is  for the WA Workers Compensation Fund--the portion the employer is allowed to deduct from your paycheck

If you haven't already filed your return, include the entry in Box 14. If you have already filed your return and it's been accepted, there's no need to amend your return to include the entry--it should not affect your taxes.

Most entries in box 14 of a Form W-2 are for information only and are not used by the program.
