I have to verify my tax return, and I have to do it by phone because for some reason I can’t open an IRS account online anyways I was told by my sister that when she had to verify, they asked her what are the last four digits of the bank account you used for your direct deposit Now I have the information that I gave TurboTax but from what I understand whenever I file with TurboTax and I opt for my fees to be taken out of my refund that the IRS refund initially goes to the TurboTax third-party bank and then they send it to me so do I need to give the IRS the last four digits of the third-party TurboTax bank account number or do I just give them the last four digits of my own personal bank account number because I’m unable to locate the bank account that’s being used as a third-party to deduct my fees from
