Use of pat programmed automated responses in dealing with patrons and the puiblic.

There doesn't seem to be an override mechanism with automated systems that admit everything has not been  thought out perfectly or that some users are not sufficiently savvy to navigate systems and that workarrounds need to be in place to provide accommodation.  Think wider mental health benefits for the masses..
