Can the IRS deposit refund if I haven't received my Net Spend card yet?

Yes, the IRS does not know if you received your card or not.  They will deposit to the information that was given on the return.  Try the following customer care number about your card.

Customer care

(888) 285-4169
Report a lost, stolen or damaged card >
Dispute a transaction >
