Cannot print nj tax return.

I get a message - Your NJ return is currently unavailable to print, view or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet. I electronically filed and the return was accepted, so I do not understand this problem.

Cannot print nj tax return.

There are some cases in which a digital form for e-filing is available, but the print form is not yet available.  Visit the following Help Article and click on your TurboTax product, then click on View availability next to your state to view the forms availability table for individual tax returns:  State forms availability table for TurboTax individual ...

Once your form becomes available, it should automatically update if you're using TurboTax Online.  In some cases, you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies.  For the TurboTax CD/Download software, you will need to check for updates or update manually using the steps listed here.

Cannot print nj tax return.

Today I updated the turbo tax program for the awaiting new NJ tax forms. On the NJ return, after final review a new message pertaining to correct any entries that need attention. It stated that we were ineligible for e-filing.

The reason is- RETURNS WITH PASS-THROUGH BUSINESS ALTERNATIVE INCOME TAX CREDIT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ELECTRONIC FILING. These rules are set by NJ Division of Taxation.

We do not own any business or reported any credit. We do not understand any of this and where to look for answers.

Our original federal and state tax returns were electronically filed and accepted. The Turbo Tax program states that we need to file the NJ return by mail. (?) Does this also affect the federal return filing?

Thank you
