I filled jan 23 18 and it got accepted but when i check WHERS MY REFUND it says we cannot provide any information about your refund you must wait 24 hours its been 2 wks

My Solution: I was accidentally placing my whole refund amount in the required field, versus the required federal amount only. I was very confused for a week when I continued to get the same message. This was a simple oversight, but also something to consider for those of you looking for a solution. Otherwise, I have never had this issue (and I've only used Turbo Tax).

Has anyone received a ddd or refund and filed on the 22 or had the messages your return was received and us being processed I was told that their is no info of a code nor a date a letter is going to be mailed out it's cause u claimed the credits and to wait till the 27th if not then call

I am having this issue and I has done it with just the federal just to state with both taking out my back child support every which Way you could think of and it's still telling me it's wrong

To clarify: You need to input the FEDERAL amount ONLY, not federal+state.

I was able to check my refund status yesterday.But today its saying I'm putting the incorrect information in.I doubled check my info several times carefully and still running into the same message..why is that?
