I did not do my 2015 tax return last year so I need to combine them.

I cannot locate my 2015 W-2's.

Unfortunately, you cannot combine tax filings, the IRS will not accept it. You will need to file your 2015 and 2016 separately. You can file your 2016 when you are ready, and then when you are able to locate your tax documents for 2015 then you can file the return.
