Question

I cannot track my state refund- says its unavailable

i have received my federal refund, but not my state - i filed on 2/12/2018. Received federal by 2/20/2018. I went to track my refund and says its unavailable.  according to turbo tax , everything went through correctly .  please help

Unfortunately the State does not release information to Turbo Tax once the return has been submitted. You should call your States Department of Revenue and speak to a tax agent there. They will be able to let you know the status of your return and refund.
