unexpected price

Date 24feb2019--on Turbotax.intuit.com website/products and pricing/online products--the price for Deluxe is listed as $39.99 (reduced from $59.99). I clicked the "get started" button for that product and proceeded to complete filing on-line. Why was I charged $89.99 for federal filing using standard deduction?  With the state at $39.99, my total was $129.98.
