Unemployment Exemption

If already filed through TurboTax and paid federal tax, now that the IRS is waiving $10,200, am I required to complete & submit an amended return or is there any automatic component for that?

as of now the IRS says it will fix the returns and issue a refund. do not file an amended return at this time.
