Unauthorized charge

I was charged for turbotax online deluxe prep and state prep totaling $80. I put my credit card information in but have not filed or agreed to any charges. I have not decided if I want to pay now or have it come out of my refund. I read that you won't get charged until you file or wish to print your information. Neither of which I have done yet. I would like to fix this.

    I spoke with someone yesterday over the phone and they said I will receive a refund for unauthorized charges to my account-  $140 ;which I did not file my taxes with TurboTax-

    WHERE IS MY REFUND PLEASE for these charges and inconvenience of matter is astonishing to believe!! I did not expect Turbo Tax to become like this- I was using this service for a whole, but I am highly upset for this-

    i am not trying to save money or even know what types of ways to pay-

    So please return my money!!

    I was billed 79.99 in January. Why are you changing me anther120.00 to complete my taxes....LisaD.

    It sounds like you subscribed to Turbo Tax Live for the ability to speak to a Live Tax Expert.

    I was charged 80.00 twice, 160.00 to my credit card for services I did not use.

     I never filed a tax return with Intuit turbo tax and do not plan to do so.

    How can you charge a customer and the tax return never be filed???

    @1arvizu2 The fee within Turbo Tax is not the fee for filing the return, it is the fee for the use of the Turbo Tax software to prepare the return.

    I am getting ready to file/submit my tax returns but I am seeing a TurboTax fee for $150 that I did not authorize. Or at least I did not mean to what do I do to correct this before I submit the return?

    You, Turbotax, has billed my discover credit card for $83.26 I just learned.  I didn't not authorize that amount of billing from you, Turbotax, when I did my taxes online with you folks on February 19, 2022.  The amount for which I did authorized to be billed was about half that amount.  It was the amount required to upgrade my Turbox Tax service from you up from the free service, a service that was reportedly needed to handle my tax situation and nothing else.  Please tell me how you will refund me the over-charged amount?  If I don't hear back from you within about 4 days, I will ask Discover to withhold the entire payment until I hear from you regarding this needed partial refund, the needed correction concerning this matter.  Thank you.    Mark

    In 2020 I discontinued using turbotax.  On 11/02/21 my credit card was charged $129.96 for turbotax program.  I do not use turbotax.  I have a CPA doing my taxes.  Please credit my credit card $129.96.  Thank you.
