Unauthorized charge
I was charged for turbotax online deluxe prep and state prep totaling $80. I put my credit card information in but have not filed or agreed to any charges. I have not decided if I want to pay now or have it come out of my refund. I read that you won't get charged until you file or wish to print your information. Neither of which I have done yet. I would like to fix this.

I spoke with someone yesterday over the phone and they said I will receive a refund for unauthorized charges to my account- $140 ;which I did not file my taxes with TurboTax-
WHERE IS MY REFUND PLEASE for these charges and inconvenience of matter is astonishing to believe!! I did not expect Turbo Tax to become like this- I was using this service for a whole, but I am highly upset for this-
i am not trying to save money or even know what types of ways to pay-
So please return my money!!

@Lisa2121 Or you bought the CD/Download Desktop program but used the Online version instead.
I see people all the time that have bought the CD/Download Desktop Software but then somehow ending up using the Online version and didn't know it. If that happened to you, you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info.
Sorry you can't apply the Desktop CD/Download program and License Code to the Online version. They are separate prices and work different.

I never filed a tax return with Intuit turbo tax and do not plan to do so.
How can you charge a customer and the tax return never be filed???

@1arvizu2 The fee within Turbo Tax is not the fee for filing the return, it is the fee for the use of the Turbo Tax software to prepare the return.
You can view the details as to what the fee was for here.
