DMaus -- I too am very frustrated with this issue. Upon e-Filing we are required to PRINT a special form to mail (USPS) to the Colorado Department of Revenue. We are unable to do so! -- n8d

I've found a work around by selecting view option then moving my mouse inside the pop-up view and selecting the arrow down to download or the next icon "with the pot icon" to open as PDF, then able to save as the output. Very painful and hope you'll have a fix soon.
As of today (3/18) the problem persists.
Problem Summary:
When printing on MacOS, you get the pop-up message:
"Please wait while we prepare your tax forms for printing. This initial setup process may take 2-3 minutes. Thank you for your patience"
After about 5-7 seconds, the above pop-up message disappears and nothing happens.
Temporary Solution:
One can still save a PDF copy of the return by going to the Turbo Tax system menu:
TurboTax ---> File--> Save to PDF ---> FileName/FolderName
I'M HAVING THE SAME PRINT ISSUE ON MY MACBOOK AIR..
We but tax preparation software to prepare returns, efile returns, print and mail returns, print and save copies. TT Deluxe for Mac fails on two of these ( I ignore the fancy 12 step work arounds). We're now less than 4 weeks out from IRS due dates.
It is March 2025 and I am unable to either print my return or save it to a PDF file. I have a MAC desktop and was successful back in February to print off another return. All my software, both Turbotax, printer and computer are up to date. Any suggestions?
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PRINT ANYTHING.
