Unable to print my return. Appears to be a soft ware issue?

The software indicates it sending to print but it's not being recognized by my Mac. Printer works well on other media.

No it doesn't help me. I can't fix your soft ware problem. In all the years I have been a customer (decades) I've never had this issue. I want you to return to the standard CD not online downloads.
