Unable to Amend 2017Taxes. File and State Issues

Team,

I am unable to amend my 2017 taxes. I have downloaded the file and the Amendment software.  I receive a 190 error, so I removed all documents and the app, restarted my system, re-downloaded the file and the app. Start the process to add the State and cannot add my 1 state of GA. My state is NOT in the dropdown. I cannot add my state, it wants me to check and pay for each state at $45 a pop? This app is not intuitive or helpful. Can someone assist me asap as I have a March deadline from the IRS. Thansk!
