Unable to add password

Nothing is working. This is awful. I have been unable to get any help from the company. I do not have any faith in Turbo Tax Experts to help me with my taxes when I cannot get any help with adding a password. I believe I would not be able to get any help. I certainly have not gotten the solution for my problem.
