Note: this question is about a Turbotax Product Refund (not a tax refund from the IRS)
I request a Turbotax Product Refund a few weeks ago using this form: https://accounts.intuit.com/app/oirr
When I check the status of my case I see that:
"Your Refund status is Closed." Decision: Approved
So what is the next step? This was bought at a retailer, so Turbotax is not going to be able to credit my credit card. Should I expect Turbotax to send me a check?

How do I contact TurboTax? - Intuit
I called as suggested by ChondelLO
On the phone, I was told that I should have received an email telling me how to setup e-pay. Since I did not receive the email (I checked my spam folder), I was told to open a new case (the rep did not have the ability to resend the email or setup e-pay over the phone).
So I opened a new case, just like the first time I got an email right when I opened the case (so I am able to receive emails from Intuit/Turbotax).
A few days later, I check my case number and I see that it is approved and closed with a refund number. But again no payment or no email to setup e-pay (assuming the person on the phone told me the correct information about what should have happened).
So I am not sure what to do next? I guess I can call again but it feels like the cycle is just going to repeat itself.
Please contact Customer Support and advise the representative of the information you were provided during the other support call, as well as the status of your case number.

mistaken post here.
I eventually got a check in the mail after filing a second claim. So what I was told on the phone about receiving an email to set up e-payment was probably not correct.
Anyways done with Turbotax, probably will never try it again.
