Put the PDF of your tax return on a memory stick (thumb drive) and take it to a place like Kinkos or a CopyMax or any retail printing shop where they should be able to print it for you (for a fee, of course).
In fact, in some places, you may be able to send the file online to the print place - ask.
Note that you want it printed in black and white (even if the PDF has color in it) - this is much cheaper per page than printing in color, and the IRS doesn't need the color.
You can download it to a thumb drive or email the return to a nearby Staples or Office Depot or other such facility and they will print it for you. You must then go to pick it up. If trust is an issue, take or send it to a friend or relative. You can always go to this other house, access your file and print from there.
@cheyn7 Why do you need to mail it? Maybe we can help you fix it to efile.
