I seen the video. When I click on "continue my IL return" button, to the left, in the tool bar is "tax tools". In the scroll-down menu, I click on "clear & start over". I receive the pop-up window with, "You cannot clear your return. Once you register your tax return, or pay any TurboTax fees, we can no longer clear and start over." Federal shows it was e-filed. But state shows that it has to be printed, and mailed, because it was amended. Which I had to, because I couldn't proceed after the import error. It kept coming up.
