TurboTax fee

it already had taken out my filing fee five days early fee the taxes to file my taxes. It took it out of my state tax that I got yet they’re still deducting it from my federal.. so I’m being charged twice to file my taxes, which makes no freaking sense. I’m glad it updated and fixed itself where they fixed it but now they need to fix this because I’ll be damned if I’m losing more money than what I’m already losing

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
