Okay so I've filed my taxes on March 18th, they were accepted the same days on March 28th I checked the Where's My Refund website and it says it was approved and my direct deposit date was set for April 1st. Now for the record, I did add a 2018 W2 on my 2019 returns which I didn't know I couldn't do but I haven't received a call or anything in the mail yet (plus it was for a 2-week job and really didn't change anything too much, also my total refund is pretty low to begin with). I'm waiting to get something in the mail stating if they want me to amend it or not (this is my second year ever filing, so again I didn't know I couldn't do that). My federal refund was approved with my direct deposit date, my state is still processing. I opened the TurboTax app (Android) today and both of my original amounts are there on the homepage but when I open the dropbox menu on the left corner it says "Federal Refund 0", so I went and checked the Where's My Refund website and it shows the original amount and the direct deposit date still, I downloaded the Federal tax file on TurboTax and it also says the same. But what does this mean? Is it a glitch or did they just outright cancel my refund? Could someone help me with this?

If you checked the Where's My Refund tool on the IRS website and your correct refund amount is stated, then yes it is a temporary glitch with the App. TurboTax could not and would not cancel your refund. If you have any questions regarding your tax return and or refund, you would need to contact the IRS as they are the only ones with the ability to check your information. You can reach them at 800-829-1040. When calling, be sure to have the following:
Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the IRS lines are busy at this time of year.
