TurboTax did have a "refund advance" program earlier this year, but only AFTER you filed your return; IIRC it ended in mid-February. I believe it was targeted at those who traditionally file early to claim EITC or ACTC, but are now subject to the mandatory PATH Act delay till mid-to-late February to deter refund fraud.
