TurboTax Charged me Twice When I prepaid

Hi TurboTax!

I prepaid my TT fees of $68.00 for TT Premier on 01/24/2022 on my AmEx so I could print my return while I waited for my last 1099 DIV. (confirmed thru my statement)

Well, I got my documents today, went to file everything and had to Pay TurboTax AGAIN to file. There was no record in TT of my first payment. Today is 02/15/2022 and I paid an additional $40 for TT Self-Employed (Discount for returning customer). (also showing up on my statement)

Obviously I want a refund of the payment I made on 01/24/2022 of $68 - can you help?
