Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

Yes I need to know when my Via print check will be mailed to me by TPG I was supposed to have it direct deposit but for some reason this TPG has no information on when I will get my refund what kinda of fraud is this I never had problem with TurboTax til you started charging for it and TPG keeps saying my check is being mailed on the day I call every day the date changes I seriously need answers before I take legal action and get the IRS involved

Tpg did the same thing to my account but I don't under stand how they got my account info for cash app I put my account info as NetSpend.

I haven’t been able to find out when they will mail, I’ve heard so many different things they told me last week that they mail out on Friday and mine will go out then . Also the automated service keeps saying a bank print check has been issued for me on every day that I call but someone on here said that the bank is aware of that error and the automated service but it’s crazy I’ve been using TurboTax for years and never had this problem although my bank did close my account but open it back on the same day but also told me that they haven’t received any checks for me that they’ve had to reject but I was told I would be getting a check I just don’t know when

@Pookiemonster  Let me know when you receive yours and I’ll keep you updated she said they mailed my check out Friday also hopefully this week I will receive it. I have my mail coming to my email so I will know early if it’s coming or not.

I sure will, I’m tired of waiting but I also need an explanation of wth happened also. Because I spoke with my bank again this morning and they say they haven’t received or rejected a check from anyone on my behalf. And I’m thinking if I put the wrong account or routing number TurboTax should have caught it said review. I’ve used the same everything for the last ten years and if I made a mistake it would say review

TPG is a **bleep**ing joke. They illegally changed my account and routing number on my return.

Because both are completely different than what I put down when I filed. Come on, like I'd put down the wrong account number(mine has 9 digits, they changed it to a 13 digit number), and the routing number is completely different too. It's out of the hands of the IRS, it's still with them. If you Google TPG, there are so many people that are having issues with them.

Who did you file with?Did you get copies of your papers from where you filed? Could it be the routing no for the first bank it goes to before it go to yours?

I used turbotax and TPG is the bank turbotax just started using. They're the ones that changed my information.

This is yet another reason I am not coming back to turbo next year after 6 years. There is never a real answer. These "expert employees" give nothing but automated answers, and this tpg site says they have your money and still delay you getting it. All they have to do is tell my bank of even just a pending deposit and I will have my money. This is a joke. And never any answers. These "experts" keeping trying to send you to their site for answers, but the site offers nothing for answers to any questions. As soon as they get paid, which I pay every year, don't use the free option, turbo washes their hands of everything. This is why I'm done, and this is why I will just use a personal tax professional. So for all you turbo experts of u want to just get a personal customer start dropping your links in the comments for people to skip this bs.

Ok so my return was rejected from my bank due to a security verification that my bank needed so I submitted the documents my bank required me to send and when my documents were verified my bank told me my refund was sent back to the Originator for me to have the Originator resubmit it and my refund will be approved automatically. I contact  TPG and let them know what my bank said about resubmitting thru direct deposit  to my bank and TPG said no they can't resubmit it that they're gonna send me my refunds via Bank Print Check. I've been trying to get in contact with a represntative and I can't. I want to know how long does it take for them to cut and send the Bank Print Check of my refund and after it's sent how long does it take for me to receive it?

You guys got sent my refund on Feb 18th. Everyday I called to check status on the fone it says a bank payment was made the same day I was calling,  3 dif times. Every time I call its closed. Idk why I'm even getting a check. I submitted direct deposit.
