I created a case on Wednesday and still haven’t heard anything about it. I’ve called and all the lady said was to call back on Monday if there isn’t an update.. mine was suppose to be in the back on 2/22/22….
I am having the same issue when I call tpg bank they told me that they have not sent out any refund check and don't know when they r going to. So what should I do they have taken almost $200 out for fees
Been speaking with laywers and news people all morning. Sounds like alot of people are trying to get a law-suite together as well as trying to bring light in the media in hopes this grts fixed.
Thank you for answering my question about why i was charged an extra $30.00. I inquired about my refund to TPG because my bank account is closed to see how I would be receiving the refund that I am due. No response yet from TPG, except that the charges went from $170.00 to $200.00🤷 Guess it's a wait and see how I'm going to get my money. Don't forget to screenshot everything for documentation, just incase

Right like what’s going on. IRS sent mine to Santa Barbara on the 23rd of Feb then on sb site it says deposited on the 24th to my bank. But they say nothing pending wth
Same! After calling the IRS they said they issued my refund Friday 2/25 and I also spoke with a TT representative yesterday who said they received their payment and I should have received it. I couldn't get in touch with anyone from SBTGP but I put 2 help tickets in. I got a response it was being deposited today. There tracking info changed for my check to funded and deposit sent. I know for a fact that is BS because I have chime so I get it the moment they start transfer. I know my account info is correct because I have gotten other payments from the IRS directly. Looks like I'll be on the phone all day again. This 3rd company is going to cost TT a lot of customers.
Hey, my refund actually went to TPG on 4th and it shows the 8th. I spoke with them several times. I still havent got my refund yet. They are telling me it's going to be 21 days.
It started off being 7 to 10 and was told it was mailed out on the 13th, then told it was mailed on 14th.
March 1st and I have still not received it.
Turbo tax really screwed alot of customers over this year.
They claim we are getting our money back that TPG took out, but I've yet not received that either.

Same here. TPG is a scam !! They say they funded my refund to my bank account then I call my bank t and they say they sent it back to TPG this is all just messed up . Call tpg They say they haven't received it yet but they said when they do they'll issue me a check which will take another how long ?? man....
Mines got rejected sent back to tpg on the 24th called them they said they have my money but not printing out checks right now. I was so mad she said check back every 3 days.
There is clearly a major issue going on with this bank that turbo needs to investigate I still haven't received my funds sense the irs sent on the 16th. I've had three sbtpg reps tell me that they have my money but now today they say they haven't received it and to contact them after the 3rd to do a trace. Which is unbelievable because again all my account info is correct and my irs transcript shows it was issued on the 16th so who is holding my money the air?
What was the phone number you used to speak to TPG?
I was able to get into contact with TPG. They stated since I went through TurboTax their system generated two accounts by accident and that's what happened in my case. The representative stated they have my refund from the irs but can't issue it out because of the two generated accounts one shows funded and the other doesn't. That's why on the website it say unfunded. I asked why the previous representatives kept directing me to the IRS she stated because the didn't look at both accounts. The representative said many people are having this issue and they are aware of the problem. They don't know when the issue will get fixed. I asked is there anything I could do she said no because it's a issue they have to resolve with their system. So I'm playing the waiting game I hope it gets resolved they had my refund since 2/7. @t912
