Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

@tha thats exactly what mine says, and still nothing. I don’t understand why it’s taken so long or what is going on!? It shouldn’t be this hard

It can take additional time for the funds to be received by your financial institution. Also, many financial institutions do not process payments on weekends or holidays, which can affect when refunds can reach taxpayers.

I have informed delivery for my mail also, so it's not coming today either.. Feb 23 2022.

If TPG says funded does that mean it’s been sent to my account already if they still holding it

We shouldn’t have to do all that. You guys charge us and arm and a leg to trust you with our money and your services are extremely unprofessional. I will ensure you I will no longer be using your services after this season. This company needs to be investigated along with its third party partners.

I agree I have been using turbo tax for 8 years this year makes it 9 and I will never use them again! The fees this year is outrageous and the way their third party so called bank holds our funds for a week is just ridiculous! Never again

It’s account says accepted and should be deposited by the 24th. It doesn’t even say that it’s sent but the TPG website says it’s funded to my credit karma card that I didn’t even want it ask for. Where is my refund? This is ridiculous

I am in the exact same situation.. I didn’t even want a credit karma account I wanted it direct deposited but somehow got a credit karma card in the mail

Did you get your refund on the 22nd like you were supposed to? My DD date is tomorrow, the 24th, tpg says it took my fees out and deposited my refund. I am very nervous after reading all of these comments.

I am supposed to receive it tomorrow (24) but I just got off the phone with a very helpful woman from turbo tax. She said that the IRS will be doing a BIG drop of funds on the 24th (tomorrow ) and TPGis the bank that the IRS uses so the money is already in the TPG account but TPG is waiting for IRS to release it tomorrow, then from there TPG will direct deposit , send to karma card etc…whatever option you chose . Hope this helps and I hope we all get our refund tomorrow
