Turbo Tax told me that my refund was accepted, when I went to irs.gov I saw that my refund was pending not accepted. Is this an issue? Do I need to re-file?

The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the new tax laws and extra stimulus filings, as well as unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown.  Unfortunately, contacting the IRS will not speed things up.  Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient.  Also see:

What is going on with my taxes I filed with you guys and I get nothing, what's going on with this? Please help me understand because I'm lost and a I gonna get my taxes back or no because right now it seems like they are all over the place

If your return has been accepted, it is in the IRS hands. We have done our jobs and once you filed your return, you are in their hands. 

This is not surprising because of the pandemic. It's taken longer than usual because of the COVID pandemic. Log in here to periodically check your refund status.

my refund  was excepted on march the 3rd but where is my refund  says still being  processed

Accepted is before processing.  Accepted only means the IRS verified some basic info on it so they know it's really from you.  After it is Accepted the IRS processes it then approves it before they send the refund.

After Turbo Tax sends your return they are done with their part.  Now it's up to the IRS to process and Approve it.  It has nothing to do with Turbo Tax.  The IRS doesn't update Turbo Tax with the status of your return.  Turbo Tax just gives you an estimated date.
