Turbo Tax said my refund coming a month ago but never did. No way to contact them. How find out what happened?

So got zero help in filing the return, as it kept getting rejected over the PIN. Finally figured that out on my own, since IRS kept telling me it needed 6mo to change a PIN.  

Got the return accepted.  Turbo Tax sent notice about a month ago that refund coming soon.  But it never did.  How do I find out what happened to it?  Would ask them...but no way to contact them.

Thanks in advance for doing Turbo Tax's job and giving me customer service.

Turbo Tax only gives you an estimated date. The IRS usually pays most refunds within 21 days. But these are not normal times. This year is taking the IRS longer to send the refunds. There are millions more people filing returns to get the Stimulus payment.
