Turbo Tax Payment

So I choose for my turbo tax payment to come out of my refund. The issue is my refund is still not here (after several months) and so turbo tax is saying they are going to debited my account. I will pay the money but it won't even give me that option. I have no idea what to do.

READ THE EMAILS ... what you need to do is clearly posted in them ... you will get 4 warnings before it happens but once initiated the debit cannot be stopped so take care of it ASAP ...

Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

If you have the money, it seems like the easiest thing to do would be to put the money in your bank account, then let TurboTax take it out of your account.
