Turbo Tax not taking the QBI deduction even though I am in sales, and thus not an SSTB. How can I get this done correctly?

Upon further review, it appears my income may surpass the threshold. I initially thought limits were only on SSTB's, but it appears there are limits on the non SSTB's as well. Is that correct?

Turbotax will not populate California Schedule 540 line 20 with tax preparation fees. Per the FTB's instructions for this line, these fees are deductible (on line 20)
