I completed the return in March and printed it. Why was it not sent?? will I now get a penalty? What happened?

Sounds like you did not efile it, but intended to file it by mail. Did you sign it with a pen, and mail it?

Did you efile it?  Double check your efile status here.  Maybe it rejected or you didn't finish filing.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

Turbo Tax May have sent it but did the IRS accept it or reject it?
