Turbo Tax has been completely incompetent and misleading about my tax return.

they have been doing this for 3 months ive talk to irs turbo tax san barb bank back to turbo tax supervisors n everything just comes down to cross river but jo one will give me there number let alone let me make a complaint im so lost as of wat to do they keep saying they issued a check but i still have yet to get it

turbo tax has been saying for the last 3 months they have had my check resent out n still no check and yes they definitely do send out checks i got that five days early bs and now im stuck in a fradu loop wat it seems like because  all u see about cross river bank is fraud checks  or people not receiving  money

The checks that TurboTax has been sending out are definitely real checks.  Have you verified your address with the people that you have been speaking to?  Make certain that they are mailing it to the correct place.  

Also, make sure that you are getting a case number and writing it down.  It may seem silly but if they don't have a case number from you they just start and close a new case every time you call and no one realizes that it has been going on so long.

I know you're frustrated but you need to call again today and make sure that they have your whole case history and then get that case number.  And then make them tell you where the check is in the process and who to speak to if it doesn't arrive when they say it will.  You have to stay with it.

they all know even the irs says there is some fraudulent  activity being done. The amount of complaints on this same topic is crazy i have been making sure they have the address for 3 months i mean do i got to write the check myself 🤦🏽‍♀️ they just told me i won’t receive a check until july 🤦🏽‍♀️   NEVER WILL I EVER FILE WITH TURBOTAX AGAIN

We had it direct deposit, fees with drawn from the return, and elected for early deposit. The bank rejected the return and 4 months later they check has not arrived yet…AND…turbo tax withdrew extra fees. Cross River bank has no idea who we are even though our bank and IRS confirmed their routing number.  Never ever let Turbo Tax take the fees out of your return.  Might seem easier at the time but I believe it to be a scam so if your return gets rejected from your bank then Cross River can accrue interest while they hold your money.

So I thought I was the only one going through this i been waiting for my check sense February 5, 2025 and still have not received anything the irs gave me the account number and everything as well still Turbo tax is giving me the run around and Cross River Bank as well last time I call they said my check has been mail still haven’t received it they made it so I can’t login into the turbo tax website anymore . So my next step was I recorded my call when I would talk them and now I file with the attorney general they are about to do and investigation cause something not right.

Please contact us for further assistance.  When you reach an agent, please tell them you need to speak with the team that handles the Up To 5 Days Early check.  Once you are transferred, let them know that you would like to have a new check issued to you.
