TURBO TAX DEBIT CARD NOT WORKING

SO UNLIKE MANY OTHERS WHO HAVE GOTTEN FLUSTERED THROUGH THIS WHOLE ORDEAL OF NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE TEMPORARY CARD ONLINE THAT TURBO TAX PROVIDES FOR ADVANCES, I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO A REP. WHO EXPEDITED ME A DEBIT CARD OVER NIGHT. PREV. I WAS TOLD THE TEMP CARD WAS JUST HAVING A SYSTEM ISSUE. BUT BILLS ARE REAL & NOT TEMPORARY. THE REP WAS ALSO NICE ENOUGH TO REFUND ME THE $15 FEE FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY. FINALLY, A DECENT HUMAN! IF YOUR TEMP DEBIT CARD IS NOT WORKING, CALL IN & ASK TO HAVE YOUR CARD EXPEDITED, IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING ( & HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR DAYS) YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT! WARNING: REQUESTING AN EXPEDITED CARD DISABLES THE TEMPORARY CARD. #BossNaay

UPDATE: MY EXPEDITED CARD HAS CAME WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY ! IT WAS SHIPPED THROUGH FED-EX &  I WAS ABLE TO ACTIVATE WITH NO PROBLEM & START USING RIGHT AWAY! I WAS ABLE TO ADD TO APPLE PAY & CASH APP WITH NO PROBLEMS! IT HAS MY NAME ON IT & EVERYTHING! THIS DEFLY MAKES ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER EVEN THOUGH I AM STILL DISSATISFIED WITH TURBO-TAX BEHIND THE HEADACHE THIS HAS CAUSED ME . I HOPE MY THREAD HELPS SOMEONE! #BossNaay (:

Our Card is saying it's not active ? We just used it in Feb and March for our taxes and we can't log in on our app or the card and we want our stimulas packet how can we fix this .

 The Turbo Card app/site is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance.

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
