Well i filed mine on Jan 23rd, and 4 weeks later as of 02/17/2023 it still shows as pending status. Frustrating

Colorado only recently started accepting returns. Keep checking Where's My Refund?

The Department of Revenue’s ability to accept and queue 2022 individual income tax returns was delayed from the usual start date of January 1 to no later than February 10, 2023 for the majority of state income tax filers. The delay is due in part to numerous pending changes brought on by a busy 2022 legislative session and required system maintenance.
