See if the following explains what you are referring to.
Have they already debited your account, or are you referring to an email that they are about to? If they haven't already performed the debit, you can ask for a deferment. We can tell you how. Or if they have performed a debit, how to seek relief if there were any overdraft fees (non-sufficient funds fees.)
If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if your Federal refund has been delayed unusually long at the IRS (or if it's been reduced), TurboTax will want to be paid. They likely started sending you emailed bills to pay. If you don't respond by either paying or asking for a deferment, they will ultimately debit your bank account. If you didn't get the emails, check other email accounts and also the spam/junk folders.
See this FAQ that explains the process. The first paragraph has a special phone number if you have a question, need to ask for a deferment (if it hasn't already been debited), or need to appeal a NSF fee (non-sufficient funds/overdraft fee).
Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week

This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support. This is a public Internet forum so you should not post any personal info here. TurboTax Support won't phone you from the forum, but others could to try to spam/scam you.
If they've already debited your bank account for your product fees, you should phone TurboTax Support today to see what is going on and prevent them from debiting your bank account again.
Hours are 5AM-5 PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern), Mon-Fri.
