This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support.  This is a public Internet forum so you should not post any personal info here.  TurboTax Support won't phone you from the forum, but others could to try to spam/scam you.

 

If they've already debited your bank account for your product fees, you should phone TurboTax Support today to see what is going on and prevent them from debiting your bank account again.

Hours are 5AM-5 PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern), Mon-Fri.
