Once the IRS approves their refund, TurboTax is notified and we’ll attempt to transfer their refund to their bank account. TurboTax sends the customer an email letting them know if we were able to successfully deliver their refund up to 5 days early, or if we were unable to expedite their refund. If we were successfully able to deliver their refund up to 5 days early, they can expect to see their refund in their bank account the same day they received an email from us. There is not a definitive timeframe the deposit will occur but most are seeing the deposit around noon.
