TT Backup File Location

TT will not load my saved PDF file and suggests I can use the "Backup File: instructions at the link below."  TT can't locate that page.  Where is the Backup file?

If you are using the downloaded program then it will only OPEN(load) a .taxfile  not a PDF.  So where did you save the .taxfile ?   Do a search for them by opening the program and use the search file function.

for the desktop app the backup file is hidden.  for Window it's would be in the c:\users\"user name"\documents\Turbo Tax\

it will start with a tilde ~ and end with .tax2021

double click on it and it should open in the desktop app
