Yes, if you used TurboTax Online in 2013 and you still have access to the same account, you can find your 2013 return there.

Here's where to check:

Sign in to the account you used in 2013.
Scroll down to Your tax returns and documents at the bottom.
Select 2013.
Select Download/print return (PDF) on the right to print or save a copy.

TurboTax and the IRS only save returns for seven years. After seven years they are gone.

That would seem incorrect since there have been multiple threads that TurboTax only keeps files for the last 6 to 7 years. Even the iRS does not have 2013.
