Since your stepmother is already on the case for you, would she be willing to make it a class action case to include those of us that are also seeking to take legal action against TPG? The payout for her would be much greater in a class action case.

@msbrown69 **bleep**! Do they atleast provide a tracking number for that mail? I hope they dont send it with out a tracking number. This is preposterous! No one should be going through so much trouble for their own money. I guess I should get ready for a long wait.. :(

Nope, no tracking information was provided. To be honest, I don't think they attempted to direct deposit my money as I requested nor do I believe they sent a check on 03/11 because it's now 03/29 and I have received the check yet. So yes, prepare for a long wait! TPG got my refund from the IRS on 03/01...it's 4 weeks later and I still don't have my money.

I was able to talk to a representative this afternoon and he helped me verify my account details. The he asked me to give it a day and then call back to set up a trace if I dont get it. Just now, I see the amount in the pending section of my account! So please dont loose hope. Hope you get yours soon..
