I've filed my returns with TurboTax for years, yet no returns appear under "Your tax returns & documents." Anyone know how to get them?

It is possible you are logged into the wrong account.  Try going through account recovery to see which account you filed your returns with.

I did that already. I found two accounts; neither of them have any files from past returns. Any other ideas?

To clarify, do either of the accounts show that you filed a return for the past years and you just aren't able to access them because you need to upgrade and pay to access?  Or you aren't seeing any returns at all?

It says I've not filed any returns, so there are no files there at all for either account.

Actually, one account has my returns from 2012 and earlier.

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copies are only on your computer.
