Why have I not got my refund when today is my DDD?

I have used TT since 2015 and this is the first time this has ever happened. I have been reading a lot about this happening this year. Most people are getting theirs days after they are supposed to. If this is what I have to look forward to, I will not be using them again.

My DD is today the 26th as well. I haven't received it yet although it is only 9am EST here. My return isn't very big but I elected to have my fees taken out of my return. The sptg website is saying it doesn't recognize an account with my info and social security number I provided and I know everything was correct. So idk if it's bc they aren't open for business yet or what

Did you pay for the early refund? if you did its going through a third party bank first

I did but since they didn't produce it early I'm supposed to be getting that fee returned. I opted to have my tax fees taken out of my return tho

You’re not alone, my date is also today and I have nothing yet. I did not get the 5 days early option but I did ask for the fee to be taken out of it. This is the first I have experienced this with TT. Weird
