Turbox I need answers…Im sure alot of people are going through this…i have spent countless HOURS while working Full time sense the second I open my eyes at 6:59 to get ahold of irs and caint not get through at all not even a hold…Says my refund was sent to my bank on feb 24 and has yet to go into my account and not to mention refund is lowere then what turbotax accepted my return so I would like a refund for the remaning…Can any 1 explain and help?!

We are unable to see your return here in this public forum. In order to contact the IRS you would nee to keep trying. It is busier this time of year, so try earlier in the day.

@Kristinamarie26 This has been one heck of a year.  There are several credits that the IRS has been adjusting off, as some users have been confused as to what they have and have not received.  Additionally, there are other reasons why the IRS may have adjusted your refund.

TurboTax does not "Accept" your return.  The IRS does.  And an accepted return simply means that the IRS has briefly taken a look at that things are "in order".  It's later that the IRS truly goes over your return to see if it's correct.  Once you've filed your return and it is accepted by the IRS, it doesn't come back to TurboTax.

Ive tried the thats problem…literally 6:59 and dont even get put on hold just seems lime a automated message at this point no matter what tien the day I call…I caint deciate my life to trying to get ahold of you guys or irs..this is crazy
