Can I get a refund or credit for the money I paid turbo tax for their premium 'package'? It did not work for me and I had to pay for another different tax software.

I am not saying anything, I answered the question you asked.  You asked can I get a refund, since no one here can give you a refund, you have to contact TurboTax support.  If you already paid for the service, I don't know why you are saying "so I have to pay more money"
