Okay December stimulus check was sent to TurboTax is somebody going to call me and let me know what's going on or is this a serious I should not ever use again I've been trying to talk to somebody live for so long it is like nobody's home could this be a service that use again was somebody really going to help me what do I have to keep talking to computers and not get an answer can someone please contact me and let me know what's going on with my second stimulus we have bills and food to put on the tables thank you Turbo tax your customer's need help
TurboTax does not receive tax refunds or other payments on behalf of customers. We did not receive any customer’s payment and we do not have any information about the status of any customer's payments.
However, we are aware that a number of our customers were affected by a processing error that occurred during the distribution of the second round of payments.
We have been working with the IRS as they attempt to resolve this issue, ensuring that information on file for all TurboTax customers is accurate. We expect some affected customers to receive payments within the next few days.
