After you file
TurboTax does not receive tax refunds or other payments on behalf of customers. We did not receive any customer’s payment and we do not have any information about the status of any customer's payments.
However, we are aware that a number of our customers were affected by a processing error that occurred during the distribution of the second round of payments.
We have been working with the IRS as they attempt to resolve this issue, ensuring that information on file for all TurboTax customers is accurate. We expect some affected customers to receive payments within the next few days.
Information is changing rapidly and therefore we suggest keeping an eye on the following for the most up-to-date information:
