I need to amend both 2014 and 2015 tax return. But I have mac and cannot use windows version. How do I request for mac version? (I filed with deluxe for both years)

Mac users of TurboTax Online (TTO) will need to call for assistance to obtain prior year software. Please refer to the instructions below to contact customer support.

Alternatively, you can purchase the software online or download it directly from TurboTax at https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/  However, the least expensive option is usually the first one.

Once you have installed the software, this link explains how to proceed.

Note: To amend a prior year TTO return, there is a Windows TurboTax Desktop (TTD) download in your account. However, the amend SKU is not available for Mac and you will have to call us to get the TTD download to amend. 

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call. You can simply enter "amend mac" as your question.

I've done all of the above. I also tried calling but was not able to get passed the automated response. How do I get in touch with customer service to get the mac version?

You should get a case number and phone number specific to your issue.
