Get out of the review and go back to the federal section to edit the 1099-int. Search for 1099-int and use the jump to link. Then click on edit (pencil icon) next to the form that needs editing and change the state (or whatever needs fixing) there. Then go back to filing your return.
I would delete the 1099 INT and enter it again just with the bank name and amount. You don't need to enter the address etc.
I do this but its still automatically entering a address so when i progress it ends up asking for zip code to match the incorrect state it keeps putting automatically. I have no forms or documents uploaded. I used the tax tools section to delete the form also and still same error loop.
If you imported your 1099- INT, you can delete it and re-enter it manually. Here's How to Update or Delete Imported Data.
When you indicate in TurboTax that a form belongs to a taxpayer, it defaults to the address you entered in the Personal Info section (current address). If the form has an old address, that won't affect your return; the IRS knows that people move.
If you're using TurboTax Desktop, in FORMS mode you can change the address directly on the form.
