The Routing number I am given through the app does not work. How can I find my routing number for my grandmother to use at her bank?

My grandmother's bank said the routing that I gave her would not work because it only works for electric transfer. I need a routing number for her to use to transfer her money from her bank.

TurboTax cannot provide you with your grandmother's account number or routing number.  Only the bank can provide those numbers.  What are you trying to do?

You have missed read what I am asking. My grandmother needs my routing number to send me money, the routing number that I gave her that I found in the Turbo Card app does not work because it only works through electric transfer and does not work with bank transfer. I have called Green Dot Bank about the routing number but they were unable to get access to my information (I was speaking with outsource parties, they were unable to help me, it wasn't my choice). What I am asking is how or where do I find my routing number?

I have already called that number 4 times and it led me to outsource, they failed to help me. I also tried the live chat and selected what they gave me but still failed to give me answers, which is why I posted this question in the first place. Thank you but you just gave me the same answers that I have already seen three times already.

Sorry we cannot be more helpful.  We have nothing to do with the prepaid Visa cards here in the user forum.  Maybe Grandma could just mail you a check.

What your grandma's bank is trying to do is a wire transfer which cannot be done to the debit card.  You will need to find a different method.
